Perspective
I'm a bilingual organizational development and change practitioner with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, leadership transitions, organizational redesign, and increasing complexity.
My perspective has been shaped by living and working across different languages, cultures, regions, disciplines, and organizational contexts. Growing up between francophone and anglophone environments and living across Ontario, Québec, British Columbia, and abroad taught me to pay attention to how context, experience, and perspective shape what people notice, value, and assume.
What began as a personal fascination with how people make sense of the world eventually became a professional one. Over time, I learned that while contexts may differ, many of the underlying dynamics are surprisingly similar.
People can experience the same reality very differently.
Approach
Much of my work happens in the spaces between perspectives: strategy and execution, leadership and operational realities, organizational intentions and what people experience day to day.
I help leaders and teams build shared understanding, make sense of complexity, and identify practical ways forward. People often think they're arguing about solutions when they're actually working from different interpretations of the same reality.
I believe meaningful change begins with seeing reality clearly. Clarity doesn't solve every challenge, but it creates the conditions for better decisions, stronger alignment, and more effective action.
Clarity is the beginning, not the end.
Experience
For more than two decades, I've worked across leadership teams, operations, HR, organizational development, change, and learning — both as an internal practitioner and advisor.
I've built and led organizational development, enterprise change, and learning functions within complex HR environments; supported organizational design efforts; developed organization-level people, change, and learning strategies; and partnered with leaders navigating significant transformation and operational pressure.
Over time, I've learned that what works on paper doesn't always work in practice. Change takes more time, effort, attention, and support than most people want it to. Good ideas and strong plans matter, but so do trust, timing, relationships, leadership, and whether people can realistically make the change being asked of them.
Making change stick is often harder than designing it.
